A breath of fresh air. First thought that came to mind.
Iโve been contemplating asking this in the Q&A section so maybe you can use this question there or in a future vlog. The question is, was there a specific catalyst that prompted you to begin your heathy journey such as what you mentioned today about the effort it took to pick something up or has this been on your mind for some time and if so what was it that made you decide to start?
I can def. answer that in a next vlog! Iโm sure some of it will come up in the Q&A sooner or later as well ๐
Need to listen again Sigrid haha so distracted by your cat in the back hihi.
Hrmmmm…this will not play for me. ๐ค
Weird! Got any error?
It wonโt play for me either๐ข.
Did you get an error?
It says โAn error occurred. Please try again later. Playback ID: CTn-m4ltSdq0y6sVโ
So weird! What happens if you click on the title of the video to take you to Youtube?
Nothing:(
And through this link? https://youtu.be/fZS1lbl6_as
This worked! Thank you!! You ooze contentment ๐. Thank you for being authentic and sharing you with us. It is indeed inspiring.
Thanks CJ! I guess contentment is the perfect description for how I often feel. Not high on a thrill or super bouncy. Just content with a big ol’ grin on my face!
That link worked for me…and I also got an error message similar to Cjy352 โs from the first post.
Thank you for sharing, youโve definitely inspired me over these past several months to make positive changes for my health. ๐๐ป Iโve got a long road ahead…but, like you said, there is a mental shift happening as well for me and it feels different this time. Iโm over a week and a half with only drinking water and itโs is going well. When Iโve given up soda in the past, it was always on my mind….this time around, itโs not. ๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป
Thank you for sharing with us! And Iโm pleased for you with your journey to your healthiest self!! Well done! ๐
Annie,
I’m so excited to be on this journey together. It helps so much to have a ‘team’. I know what a huge step it was for you to switch to water. I remember the Pepsi days well! ๐ I have learned that it helps me to not think about the long road ahead too often. I try to focus on the next step that I have to take. It can be anything from getting up in the morning to getting back on track after giving up the day before. I think the mental shift is the secret. When you’re doing this for yourself and with respect for yourself (the way you are right now), there’s a tremendous power that is available inside. Again, I’m so happy we can share this. Let’s talk about the steps, the achievements AND the slip-ups and the disappointments. It’s all part of our journey. Big hug and HIGH FIVE!
