That was my first thought (stand alone follow ups), but now there’s this whole new story with El and Louise growing in the back of my mind. Going to let it sit there for a while and think about it. Might need to go for full blown second season. Want to give my whole heart to ‘The taste of a smile’ first, though! 🙂

I understand. If it’s meant to be, El and Lou will continue to talk to you and hopefully get your full attention in the future. You really are super talented! Can’t wait to listen/read The taste of a smile. On a completely separate note… How do you have time and energy to regularly reply to everyone?

Haha! That’s a fun question 🙂 It doesn’t feel like it requires a lot of energy. I’d say it gives me energy. Talking to everyone here makes the writing experience a lot more rewarding. I think it helps that this is now my full time job. When I still worked in consultancy, I was drained most of the time. Creating The Diva Story next to my job, for example, had me so exhausted at the end, I had to go to the ER for near pneumonia and a rib injury. I was just telling Muriel “Remember the days I was completely and utterly depleted?” Sure is a lot nicer to finish Connection Concealed in good health!

Building this place is also as much a part of my mission for TLR as writing the stories is. I want to do more than just creating and sharing these stories. I want them to be a starting point for people to make new connections. I want to bring people together through the shared experience of listening to TLR, but then add some. That’s why the BRAVING principles are so important here. I will not allow this to become another echo chamber. Here, everyone is welcome to let themselves be seen.

Suggestion; Connection Concealed ends, the next story begins and when the “Smile” episodes end perhaps TLR could pick up with Louise and El in a new adventure where Michelle shows up and tries to put a wrench in their relationship. These characters are so interesting it would be a shame to end the series. Congratulations well written and produced.
